Argentina and Brazil are among the largest producers of biodiesel in the world. But they have their differences; while Argentina is mainly export focused, Brazil’s industry caters to the domestic market.

According to a new report from Rabobank, both countries face future growth challenges, limited by policies relating to blending mandates, pricing and export incentives, as well as the dwindling support for first generation biofuels in the EU.
