IncBio, a leading Portuguese engineering company, who specializes in state of the art fully automated industrial ultrasonic Biodiesel plants, has just secured an agreement to supply a 55,000 MT/year transesterification plant, for an undisclosed client in South America. It will incorporate IncBio’s ultrasonic technology to produce Biodiesel from locally produced palm oil, and Ion Exchange resin towers for purification. IncBio expects the plant to be complete by December 2014.
Biodiesel Technology Leaders
José Marques, CEO of IncBio said: “IncBio has been leading the technological curve in the Biodiesel market, and by using ultrasonic technology we can maximize the plant’s profitability, as the methanol and catalyst dosage is significantly reduced, compared to traditional technologies, whilst producing the highest quality Biodiesel, with yields that set a benchmark in the industry.
Using our multi-feedstock technology, industrial units are able to convert a wide range of raw materials into high quality Biodiesel, exceeding the strict standards of EN14214 and ASTM D6751. This includes crude vegetable oils to waste materials and by-products such as used cooking oil (UCO), animal fats, distilled Free Fatty Acids (FFAD), Palm Fatty Acid Distillate (PFAD), Trap Grease oil, etc. Our process can handle up to 100% FFA. IncBio is revolutionizing the way the Biodiesel market is evolving, by ensuring complete flexibility of feedstock, helping struggling plants back onto profitability.
To complete a state of the art plant IncBio can also supply biodiesel distillation and glycerine purification modules, ensuring the plants are “future proofed”, even as standards tighten the plant will still be exceeding the specification.”
IncBio, founded in Portugal in 2006, has grown to become one of the largest Biodiesel equipment providers in the world, providing large scale Biodiesel equipment with ultrasonic Biodiesel reactors, a pioneering equipment which will revolutionize the Biodiesel industry in years to come.
From design, engineering, consultancy and construction, IncBio is able to assist clients in as little or as much as they require. From retrofitting of existing units with state-of-the-art ultrasonic or multifeedstock technology to design, manufacture and start-up of complete industrial units, IncBio is ideally placed to turn a Bio-project into reality.
2013 has been a year of strong growth for IncBio, with a large increase in total revenue for the second year running. For 2014 the company is already on its way into making it the third consecutive record breaking year, as evidenced by this new agreement.
